Speed and Agility Training

The weekly Speed and Agility Training will explore and introduce basic movement mechanics that young athletes need for the sport of soccer for both sprinting and change of direction.  The agility training will include movement prep, injury prevention, core activation, plyometrics, footwork and coordination, movement skill and mechanics and as time allows or is needed fitness application when appropriate.

These are group based workouts for teams age U11 and up. The Speed and Agility training is included in club fees.
